About the Job

This role is responsible for keeping hair effortlessly glam as it catches the ocean breeze and using ample sunscreen to avoid tan lines before the big day. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional stakeholders (spa therapists, yoga instructors, boba baristas, and hot boat captains) to align on business-critical missions.

Responsibilities

Friday

• Migrate squad operations cross-region from SFO to SAN, ensuring on-time arrivals, luggage integrity, and zero-downtime between tacos and a chill night in at the Airbnb.

Saturday

• Execute maximum stability at pilates, yoga, or pole dancing class to optimize for wedding bod.
• Secure boba to strategically regain calories to avoid weight fluctuation before the big day.
• Ensure high availability of hair integrity during boozy harbor cruise, optimizing squad hydration and Instagram throughput.
• Manual QA of oceanfront dining with 99.999% deliciousness.
• Launch "one night of going out heheh :)" to customers.

Sunday

• Lead brunch operations with bottomless mimosas, featuring a mystery celebrity chef.
• Redeploy squad to SFO.

Monday

• Identify opportunities to develop "not feeling well" and take the day off. Planning horizon: indefinite.

Qualifications

Required:

• 29+ years of being fabulous.
• 1-2 years of hands on experience wearing an engagement ring.
• Experience leading and growing Data & Analytics, Platform, and Customer Excellence Pricing Strategy teams.
• Ability to handle compliments and random "congratulations!" from strangers on the street.
• Proficient in wearing a sash or tiara.
• Practical experience in loving Patrick.
• Practical experience in loving boba.
• No Visa sponsorship required.

Desired:

• Matching bachelorette outfits or custom accessories.
• Prior success in being chill.

Location

This role is on-site in San Diego, CA. Remote participation is unsupported.

Travel & Logistics

• Flights available nationwide; budget airlines may test team resilience.

Compensation

• Overtime: This position is eligible for overtime pay at a rate of one and a half (1.5) times the regular affordance of Tacos el Gordo Al Pastor tacos for all hours worked after 9pm, in accordance with federal and state law. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Flexible Time Off: New hires reserve the right to flake on any singular outdoor activity for any purpose, including vacation, sick days, and "I'm feeling lazy".
