About the Job

This role is responsible for dressing to the 9s and staying hydrated. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional stakeholders (spa therapists, celebrity chefs, Omnia bouncers, and 4 AM McDonald's staff) to align on business-critical missions. Additional duties include overseeing optional professional development opportunities with Magical Michael (wear pants so they'll bring you on stage).

Responsibilities

Friday

• Migrate squad operations cross-region from SFO to LAS, ensuring on-time arrivals, luggage integrity, and zero-downtime between cocktails, a party tray of Nhi's fried rice, and morale.
• Manual QA of elegant dining experiences at upscale restaurants with 99.999% deliciousness.
• Stress test casual hotspots for efficient pre-club enjoyment without triggering full-scale nightlife operations.

Saturday

• Balance and manage cucumbers on eyelids during luxury spa treatments.
• Ensure cabana integrity, maximum sunscreen coverage, and optimal curvature of projectile vomiting at Encore Beach Club.
• Conduct planned maintenance periods (quick naps) to optimize squad efficiency.
• Launch "one night of going out heheh :)" to customers.

Sunday

• Lead brunch operations with bottomless mimosas, facilitating post-nightout retrospectives and knowledge transfer sessions on "things from last night we will never talk about ever again".
• Redeploy squad to SFO.

Monday

• Identify opportunities to develop "not feeling well" and take the day off. Planning horizon: indefinite.

Qualifications

Required:

• 29+ years of being fabulous.
• 1-2 years of hands on experience wearing an engagement ring.
• Experience leading and growing Data & Analytics, Platform, and Customer Excellence Pricing Strategy teams.
• Ability to handle compliments and random "congratulations!" from strangers on the street.
• Proficient in wearing a sash or tiara.
• Practical experience in loving Patrick ❤️.
• Expert knowledge of tequila shot sequencing.
• No Visa sponsorship required.

Desired:

• Matching bachelorette outfits or custom accessories.
• Prior success in "rallying".
• Patrick's squad can roll through for a night of debauchery AND THAT'S IT.
